With 12 + years of experience in luxury travel, Tomas Rivera Guiscafré, our General Director, has had the opportunity to work in various sectors of the industry – from customer service in airlines to being part of some of the most exclusive agencies in Mexico. Throughout this experience, Tomás has forged close relationships with directors and key travel agents both in Mexico and Peru, which allows him to successfully position his clients in the market.

Paulina has a background in advertising and a marketing specialization from ITAM, with extensive experience in luxury tourism. After nine years at Viajes Palacio and seven years as Country Manager for Marketing Collection, she developed strong relationships with top travel advisors and expertise in African luxury safaris. Through The Luxury House, she focuses on public relations, market development, and partnerships, connecting luxury hotels and DMCs with leading travel agencies in Mexico.
Anastasia Grigoreva
Co - founder & administrator
Anastasia Grigoreva, originally from Russia, with a BA from St. Petersburg State University and MA from the University of Oregon had the opportunity to work as a travel coordinator in charge of Latin American market. As a professional linguist with excellent administrative skills, she offers an invaluable contribution to the company.
